My oil paintings have 2 distinct areas of focus -
Emotion
I am interested in painting the emotional depth of a person, the feelings that are revealed through the eyes and character - and those that are hidden from view.
Surrealism
I love to create other-worldly scenes or people, often incorporating flowers and animals.
Previously, I made fused and stained glass art using traditional paints and enamels and silver stains to paint stained glass pieces.

Biggar Little Festival
In recent years whilst living in Scotland, I have exhibited with groups of artists as a collective to take part in the Biggar Little Festival and Biggar Art Trail. This popular event in South Lanarkshire attracts visitors from Edinburgh to Glasgow and beyond
Holmfirth Art Week
More locally, I exhibit each year at Holmfirth Art Week, one of the UK's largest open art exhibitions
